A large circular disc of clear crystal is set at the centre, with five kundan stones arranged in a classic four-petal flower — four pear-cut pieces and one round in the middle, all bezel-set in gold-finish 925 sterling silver. The outer edge of the disc is bordered by a continuous row of smooth black onyx beads, which gives the whole thing that contrast you didn't know you needed. Our own design, so you won't spot it on someone else at the shaadi.
Wear it to a festive lunch or a mehendi and it holds its own. It also works surprisingly well with a plain kurta when you want one piece to do all the talking.
